本报告剖析智慧工厂生产管控面临的机遇与挑战,围绕调度优化与性能分析等难题,阐述相关挑战、理论及方法,并介绍若干关键问题、最新进展及代表性研究工作,旨在为智慧工厂高质量运营提供科学的决策依据。

Abstract

    This report analyzes the opportunities and challenges of management and control in a smart factory, and focuses on the difficulties in the aspects of scheduling optimization and performance analysis. Then the related challenges, theory and methods are elaborated. Furthermore, some key problems, the latest research progress and representative research work are introduced. The related research provides scientific decision-making basis for high quality and operational excellence of smart factory.


报告人简介:

    王军强,西北工业大学工业工程系教授、博导。国家重点研发计划项目负责人、首席科学家,中美生产与运作系统性能分析中心(PacPos)主任,中国运筹学会排序专业委员会副理事长,陕西省工业工程与管理学会常务副理事长。从事先进制造系统的运作管控模式、调度优化理论、性能评估分析以及数字孪生系统研究与实践工作。主持国家重点研发计划项目1项、国家自然科学基金5项、省部级基金6项、企业横向课题5项。在IISE Trans、IEEE/ASME Trans、EJOR、JOS、Omega、IJPE、IJPR等期刊上发表学术论文50余篇,授权国家发明专利10余项,研发了具有自主知识产权的可重构制造单元管理与控制系统,并在多个国有大中型离散制造企业、多个国防重点型号研制生产中得到应用。



Introduction

   Jun-Qiang Wang is a Professor and Doctoral Supervisor with the Department of Industrial Engineering at Northwestern Polytechnical University. He is serving as the Project Leader and Chief Scientist of National Key R&D Program of China, Director of Performance Analysis Center of Production and Operations Systems (PacPos), Deputy Director-general of Scheduling Sub-Society of Operations Research Society of China, and Executive Deputy Director-general of Industrial Engineering Institution of Shaanxi Province, China. His research interests include operations management and control mode, scheduling theory, performance analysis, and digital twin of advanced manufacturing systems. He has undertaken 1 National Key R&D Program of China, 5 National Natural Science Foundations of China, 6 Provincial and Ministerial Foundations, and 6 Enterprise Horizontal Projects. He has published more than 50 refereed academic papers in journals, such as IISE Trans, IEEE/ASME Trans, EJOR, JOS, Omega, IJPE and IJPR. More than 10 national invention patents of China have been authorized. He developed a Reconfigurable Manufacturing Execution System with independent intellectual property rights. The system has been applied successfully in the process of development and production in the state-owned large and medium-sized discrete manufacturing enterprises.
